Bajan Outdoor Living was honored to be selected for this commercial flooring project by a client with whom we had built a strong relationship. After completing several residential projects for the Ace Hardware store owner, including work on his pool deck, garage, and patios, we were trusted to bring the same level of quality and attention to detail to his business.
The project involved installing a Full Broadcast (Night Sky Color) Flake Floor with Polyaspartic, a popular and durable option for commercial spaces. This system provides superior durability, easy maintenance, and a sleek, professional finish, ideal for high-traffic areas such as walkways and store entrances.
Background/Story:
This project had a personal connection. The owner of the Ace Hardware store had previously hired Bajan Outdoor Living to work on his personal home, where we had installed pool deck coatings, garage floors, and patio surfaces. Impressed with the quality of our work and our attention to detail, he reached out again—this time for his commercial property.
The project was scheduled for an overnight transformation to minimize disruption to his business. Our team arrived in the evening and worked through the night, ensuring the store was ready to open by morning. When the owner arrived the next day, he was greeted by a stunning new floor that exceeded his expectations.
